Brain not working correctly this morning.

Skimming the story, I noticed "U.S. Virgin Islands." My first thought was that the virgins in the U.S. were gathered up and sent to live on islands separated from the sexually active people on the mainland.

Images of randy teenagers building boats popped into my head.
